Do you provide make-up sessions?

We make every effort to make up any session canceled by our staff within 30 days, or as stipulated by Regional Center and/or school district contracts. While we try to make up sessions that are cancelled by families, families may forfeit any hours they cancel depending on the policy of their funding source. We encourage families to allow us to send substitute therapists when necessary to make up cancelled hours and maintain the consistency and intensity of the program.
