“Nothing is better than helping a child learn new skills.”
Marion Moore is a Managing Behavior Analyst at AST in Spokane, Washington, who started her career in ABA working with children with autism as an undergraduate student in Claremont, California. After the first session, where she observed children learning critical skills that made a difference in their lives, she knew she wanted to learn more about and apply the principles of ABA. Later, she earned both an M.Ed. and a Ph.D. in special education from Utah State University and worked at the Princeton Child Development Institute as both a Behavior Analyst and a Teaching Parent in one of their group homes. In addition, she served as an Associate Professor at Whitworth University and Eastern Washington University for many years. Eventually, Marion decided to return to working with children and youth with ASD, given her passion for seeing each client learn new skills and helping parents reach the goals they’ve set for their children and family.
