Jenniffer Cartagena is the assistant clinical director at Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) in the Inland Empire region of California. She leads with a collaborative spirit, building strong ties with local schools and community partners.

Jenniffer’s career in the autism field started with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and social work from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Inspired by her colleagues, she pursued a master’s degree in applied behavioral analysis (ABA) and educational counseling at La Sierra University.

She is passionate about fostering open communication, creating opportunities for growth and learning, and advancing the field of ABA.
