Clinical Director

“I was introduced to ABA through Dr. Laura Schreibman at UCSD and was struck by how the science can impact the lives of individuals with autism. My passion is working with caregivers and staff to create standout programs that make a difference for children and families.” 

 Michele is a clinical director for AST in San Diego and Imperial County. She joined AST in 2001, and she manages a team of supervisors and behavior interventionists providing services throughout the region. Michele received a bachelor’s in criminal justice from the University of Illinois and a master’s in applied behavior analysis from California State University, Stanislaus in Turlock. A San Diego native, Michele is on the board of directors for the Autism Society of America, San Diego Chapter.
