Our Team

Bradley Ross, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director

“I feel passionate that ABA is a strong tool to support children and their families as they learn and grow together.”

Bradley Ross serves as a clinical director for AST, where he coordinates a team of behavior analysts, intervention specialists, and other service providers to deliver high-quality services for children with autism and other disabilities. Since joining AST in 2016, Bradley has predominately worked in the Louisiana Northshore area. Born and raised in Louisiana, he received his master’s degree in psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University and completed ABA coursework through St. Joseph’s University. Bradley completed an internship and later served as a behavioral program supervisor for Northlake Supports and Services Center, where he worked to transition adults with developmental disabilities into community homes. During his experience working with adults, Bradley learned the importance of early intervention services and began to transition to work with children. He is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and a licensed behavior analyst in the state of Louisiana.
