Hayley Peck is AST’s Clinical Director for the Inland Empire Region. Hayley received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in child and adolescence from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Hayley has known she wanted to work with kids since the age of 8 and worked as a camp counselor since the age of 10. Once she entered the field of ABA, she knew she found her passion. Hayley began her career at AST in 2008 as a behavior technician.

Trisha is a Senior Clinical Director for AST. She supports the Inland Empire in California as well as our growing Midwest regions. She received her master’s in applied behavior analysis from The Ohio State University and her master’s in special education from University of Phoenix. Trisha has been in the field of applied behavior analysis for over 15 years. She has worked at AST since 2010 and has held the positions of Program Supervisor, Behavior Consultant, Staff Support Manager and Clinical Director.
