      Jazmina Gaetano, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

      Assistant Clinical Director

      “My highest priority is providing compassionate care to the families we serve. I deeply value the opportunity to work together with our great team and community of caring professionals.”

       

      Jazmina Gaetano is the assistant clinical director in Beaverton & Hillsboro. Jazmina began her career with AST in 2011 and has held numerous positions, including advanced technician, behavior analyst, and managing behavior analyst. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from San Diego State University and her master’s degree in education with a specialization in ABA from Arizona State University. Jazmina moved to the Portland area in 2020 and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a licensed behavior analyst in Oregon. Outside of work, Jazmina enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors, rain or shine.

      Amanda Johnstone M.A., BCBA, LBA

      Clinical Director

      “I love leading our team in providing excellent ABA services. Empowering them to make a big difference for the families we serve is what motivates me every day.” 

       Amanda Johnstone is the clinical director in Beaverton & Hillsboro.  She received her bachelor’s degree in history from Loyola Marymount University and her master’s in special education with a specialization in autism from San Diego State University. She is also a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and a licensed behavior analyst in the state of Oregon. Amanda began her career at AST in 2010 as a behavior technician and has held positions as advanced technician, behavior analyst, and managing behavior analyst. She transferred to the Portland area in February 2019 with her husband, son, and husky dog.
