Serving Portland and the surrounding, our team of talented clinicians provides individualized, evidence-based interventions based on the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in client’s home, at our learning centers, in the community and/or school.
We work with your child 1:1 in your home for a prescribed number of hours per week.
1:1 shadow aide at school to help meet academic, social and behavioral goals.
1:1 time at our Learning Center with a trained behavior interventionist for 25+ hours per week.
Providing direct therapy and parent consultation remotely.

Amanda Johnstone is the Clinical Director in Beaverton & Hillsboro. Amanda received her bachelor’s degree in history from Loyola Marymount University and her master’s degree in special education with a specialization in autism from San Diego State University. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a licensed behavior analyst in the state of Oregon. Amanda began her career at Autism Spectrum Therapies in 2010 as a behavior technician and has held positions as advanced technician, behavior analyst, and managing behavior analyst. She transferred up to the Portland area in February 2019 with her husband, son, and husky dog.

Erica serves as a Director of Partnerships in the Pacific Northwest and has been working in the field of autism treatment for over 25 years. She received her first Masters in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers the State University of New Jersey, and her second Masters and PhD. in School Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Dr. Holding holds a certification in School Administration, is a nationally certified School Psychologist, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Doctoral Level (BCBA-D). Her professional experience includes the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of children with various diagnoses in school, home and community settings. Dr. Holding’s interests have always been focused on helping individuals and families to achieve happier more fulfilling lives. She has presented at both local and national levels on such topics as parent empowerment, how to raise resilient children regardless of the challenges they face and how to provide effective ABA services in the real world.
