Our Team

Vianei Oros Zamudio, MS, BCBA, LBA

Managing Behavior Analyst

Vianei Oros Zamudio is a managing behavior analyst at Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST), where she supports clinical growth and oversees service delivery and staff development across the Greater Yuma area. She works closely with regional leadership to expand access to applied behavior analysis (ABA) services and support positive outcomes for children, adults, and families.

She joined AST in 2020 and has advanced through several clinical and leadership roles, including behavior technician, senior behavior specialist, and behavior analyst. Her experience spans the Greater Phoenix, Tucson, and Yuma areas, where she has helped build clinical teams and expand services in both established and growing communities.

She earned a master’s degree in ABA from Arizona State University and is pursuing a doctorate focused on improving access to quality care in underserved communities.

She is passionate about helping individuals develop meaningful skills, supporting clinical teams, and expanding access to services for those who need them most. Her approach emphasizes person-centered, values-based care and the importance of building trusting relationships with clients and families.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, walking her dog, and exploring new places.

“Witnessing individuals and families experience meaningful breakthroughs in communication and connection, whether it be a child finding their voice or an adult feeling empowered in their own life, gives me the greatest sense of satisfaction.”
