Bri Waterbury is AST’s clinical director for the Inland Empire region. She attended San Diego State University for her undergrad in psychology, where she completed an internship with Rady Children’s Hospital working with children with autism. Bri got her master’s in exceptional student education (with an emphasis in ABA) at the University of West Florida. She became a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in 2015. Bri has worked for AST for more than six years and has held the positions such as advanced behavior interventionist, program supervisor, clinical supervisor and managing clinical supervisor.

      Hayley Peck, M.A., BCBA

      Senior Clinical Director

“I think every individual deserves to live fulfilling and meaningful lives, and I feel honored to support that journey for our clients and their families.”

Hayley Peck is AST’s senior clinical director for the Inland Empire region. She began her career at AST in 2008, after receiving a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a master’s degree in psychology, with an emphasis in child and adolescence, from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She became a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in 2011, and now focuses on providing families with quality ABA service that is client-centered and delivered with compassion. Hayley knew she wanted a career working with children since she was young. She started out as a Red Cross certified babysitter at age 11, while also working as a camp counselor and volunteer throughout her teen years. Once she entered the field of ABA, she knew she found her passion.
